Is it possible to use nlp.js v4 as a recognizer type for Bot Framework Composer?

The Bot framework allows a custom recognizer to be used as an alternative to Azure Services and to deploy locally - do we have a current working example of this?

I see nlp.js/docs/v3/microsoft-bot-framework.md but this is version 3 - is this supported still - is this the same to create a working example of nlp.js V4?
