Move Modulith SQS and SNS modules to Spring Cloud AWS

We've discussed with @odrotbohm that Spring Cloud AWS is a better place for spring-modulith-events-aws-sns and spring-modulith-events-aws-sqs modules.

They should be moved either here, or to another project in awspring org.
