[BUG] CodeCommit no longer available for new accounts

Describe the bug

The CI/CD pipeline option of Threatcomposer uses CodeCommit which is no longer available for new accounts.

Expected Behavior

Be able to deploy solution.

Current Behavior

Unable to create CodeCommit resources if using a new account.
