WebGL context clips rendered visualizations on the bottom 16px of the browser

When a component such as a line chart is on the very bottom of the browsers screen, the bottom 16px of the browser will not render any visualizations.

This bug is only visible if there is no horizontal scroll bar present on the bottom of the browser.
