gauge: threshold outside of y range rendering bug

Reproduction: On a gauge component, add a threshold with a value which is not contained within the interval defined by `[yMin, yMax].

This results in an unexpected rendering of the 'outter threshold line' to render outside of the confines expected for the gauge (the 120 degree arc) Screen Shot 2022-12-13 at 2 13 24 PM
