chore(synchro-charts): utilize iot-app-kit viewportManager in KPI & grid

Overview

Utilize the viewport manager from @iot-app-kit/core to synchronize the viewport groups.

This change will make it so that the viewport groups of the KPI and status grid do not sync with the other Synchro Charts components until they are also refactored to utilize the viewportManager, which is the next step after this PR is merged, and needs to happen before the next version release.
