Zip file not building

When running local_build.sh on a mac with line 6 set to 'REQUIRES_SPEKE_SERVER_LAMBDA_LAYER=true' the script does not build any file resembling the name " speke-reference lambda zip file."

it does build speke-libs-1694042533.zip

it does build a zip called ' cloudformation-resources-1694042533.zip' which contains three python files

can you update the docs or the script accordingly?
