Are non-managed instances supported?

Is it possible to use this tool with a non-managed Postgres instance?

the tool itself should work with any PostgreSQL but I did not tested with NON RDS PostgreSQL , you may need to do small changes like changing the SSL certificate (as it is useing RDS certificate ) or disable the SSL if you do not use it (https://github.com/awslabs/pg-counter-metrics/blob/main/pgcm/pgcm.py#L41) .
