Add mountpoint-s3 to Amazon Linux package repositories

It would be great to be able to install/update/remove Mountpoint through the official Amazon Linux 2/2023 software repositories, according to the Mountpoint docs this is currently not possible:

We can definitely see the value in this project being a part of package repositories. We've looked into this previously, but there's nothing concrete to share right now.
