Support for running on EKS-Anywhere and air gapped region

• Snow family, on-premises etc. using EKS-Anywhere
• EKS outposts
• EKS in AWS secret regions

Thanks for raising this @surajkota. I wonder if this should be split to multiple features. EKS on Outposts is equivalent to EKS in a Region - and may well work with existing manifests? (Outposts cannot be deployed air-gapped)

My specific request would be for EKS-A on the Snow family. A manifest which replaces Minio with Snow's native S3 capability would be particularly interesting. Contact me internally for some Snow roadmap info that might be useful to know of this feature.
