Make various improvements to documentation

• Add in missing significant digit API reference for KPI
• Fix formatting / structure of Gauge, to make it so that is consistent with other sections
• Removed inaccurate version number reference on intro page
• Update mock data frequency for doc-site stories

Additionally, fixed a regression in significant digit handeling which made it so widgets defaulted to unlimited precision
