[Dashboard]: Y axis label is showing on the top for the Bar Chart.

For the Bar Chart, Y axis label is showing on the top for the Bar Chart.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add the bar chart widget
2. Add some properties
3. Open the Configuration panel and enter Y axis label in the Axis section

Expected behavior Show the Y axis label on the left of the axis similar to Line chart.
