[Doc] Missing docs for `--workspace`

To successfully save the artifacts, GraphStorm requires that the workspace folder (--workspace [folder]) to be created manually before launching training jobs. However, there is no such information on this page Launch Training.

Additionally, it is better to warn the user that the workspace needs to be created ahead.
