support pandas 2.2.x

Since 0.14.4, gluonts is no longer compatible with pandas 2.2.x. Please support this pandas version.

From the above it sounds like the appropriate fixes have already been merged, but the 0.14.4 branch still carries the pandas<2.2.0 restriction.

This restriction will be lifted in an upcoming bugfix release
