Lua Parsing

Would you be open to accepting a PR to support a Lua parsing? This way some more custom log formats can be added without having to recompile, or add into source.

Hi James ! That's a very interesting idea. If you'd like submit a PR to implement that feature we'll be happy to review it.

I would not include it in the default feature set though, in order to keep them limited.

Please also note that we're eventually going to publish the flowgger crate, so you should only use published depedencies working with rust stable
