Deployment with terraform

It would be very convenient if there would be a module somewhere in this repository to rollout this with Terraform

this project can convert Cloudformation templates to Terraform HCL. https://github.com/DontShaveTheYak/cf2tf

I've ran the DTH-cognito through it and here's the output. Looks coherent, but I haven't tested it. DataTransferHub-cognito.tf.txt
