Restored objects from Glacier are not included in the scanning and transfer

Describe the bug As the title implies, S3 objects that have been restored from Glacier Flexible Retrieval are not included in the scanning.

To Reproduce Restored S3 object with Storage Class Glacier

Expected behavior The S3 objects have been restored, these should be included in the scanning and transfer.

Thank you, @elderjoe, for requesting this feature. Currently, Data Transfer Hub does not support the transfer of restored Glacier objects. We've added this feature to our backlog and will evaluate adding it to a future release.
