docs: Moving trainium from Blueprints to GenAI

What does this PR do?

Trainium on EKS is better suited to be under Gen AI -> Training -> BERT-Large on Trainium section. I recommend moving this content under Gen AI for better indexing, search ability, as well as avoiding duplication of the content.

Motivation

It make sense to move the training under Gen AI for better indexing and searchability.

Thanks for the PR @sheetaljoshi ! Let's retain the original Trainium.md document for deploying the Trainium blueprint which hosts number of Gen AI blueprints.

We'll transfer only the BERT-Large Training on Trainium example blueprint deployment to the GEN AI page. The BERT Large example blueprint will reference Trainium.md as a prerequisite.
