What is the outcome that you are trying to reach?

Test to verify whether Rolling Updates happen for RayCluster during model updates, changes in Ray-serve manifest.

Describe the solution you would like

This will verify whether Ray Cluster can do rolling upgrade and doesn't have downtime during an update to the Stable Diffusion model.
