On the line of https://github.com/awslabs/aws-solutions-constructs/issues/840 and https://github.com/awslabs/aws-solutions-constructs/pull/912 it would be great to get the features also for aws-apigateway-kinesisstreams

Be able to create an API Gateway using OpenAPI specifications
