Thanks - we've actually got approval to drop the year from our copyright messages entirely, so around the first of the year we will be changing all our copyright notices.

This has been essentially dormant for 2 years and in the meantime we have defined the interface for publishing Route53 constructs and published route53-alb and route53-apigateway. If we create this in the future we will follow that interface definition. Closing this PR.
