[FEATURE REQUEST] auto complete supported filers for ec2 describe-instannces

if you run aws> ec2 describer-instances --filters ( the auto complete suggestes the syntax) after the user writes NAME=

the drop down can give the list of filters available HERE

I am happy to pick this up with some mentoring or guidance 🙏
