Compatibility with AWS Lambda Python Runtime Interface Client

Without applying the various patches to aws-lambda-cpp from awslambdaric, compiling awslambdaric from sources will fail with a number of errors.

This means we need to maintain our own fork of aws-lambda-cpp with those patches so we can compile awslambdaric.

Want to start a discussion to see if there is any plan to sync these repos for compatibility so customers don't need to maintain their own implementations.
