Terraform format support is very outdated

The export option allows for the creation of terraform files in either 0.11 or 0.12 format. Since then, the terraform format has changed a number of times, but finally, standardized around 1.0.

Please consider adding support for 1.0 format terraform files, as that is what most customers are using.
