CloudFront Invalidation example via Lambda on cross-IAM STS

It would be great to have an example addressing this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/59929870/create-cloudfront-invalidations-in-cross-aws-account since there is no native support as described in here: https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/issues/6243

I'm currently working on creating a Lambda that will react on S3 changes that would solve this, I'm happy to contribute this back if you wish.
