When adding second video stream, the first input channel is removed

Describe the bug When adding a second video stream using 'amplify video add', the process appears to work. I can even get 'amplify video get-info' for both streams.

But, when I go into the AWS console and check mediaLive, the first input channel is now gone.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add amplify video using the plugin (my first one was Livestream + Mediastore only): amplify video add
2. add second amplify video using the plugin (my second used both Livesteram + MediaPackage & Mediastore): amplify video add

Expected behavior I can see both input channels in Elemental MediaLive

To be fixed in rewrite. Known issue of multiple streams not working together.
