[QUESTION] Is there a timeline for updating openssl to 3.x?

Hello, our project had a pentest report done and one of the issues was the openssl version used in the SDK. I saw there is a PR from 2023 about updating to an openssl 3.x version, but it hasn't been merged yet. Do you have an idea on when this might be released? And if it's not going to be soon do you think we can do the update ourselves, or it's better to wait for your implementation?

Hi Nikolay, at the moment we do not have any estimate on when it will released. I am not certain on what would be preferred for you between updating yourself or waiting on us as this would be determined based on the urgency of your needs and resources you have to implement the update yourself.
