[Bug]: v1.10.x TURN Connection Issue

We have identified an issue with the recent Amazon Kinesis Video Streams C WebRTC SDK releases, causing a drop in TURN connection success rate. This issue only affects the v1.10.0, v1.10.1 and v1.10.2 releases. If you are using releases earlier than v1.9.1, you are not affected by this issue and you do not need to take any action. If you’re using v1.10.0, v1.10.1, and v1.10.2, and you observed a frequent drop in TURN connections, we recommend that you roll back to v1.9.1. We are working to fix the issue, and will make a new release once we confirm the issue has been addressed. We will track the status of this issue here, and will close it when it is resolved.
