Feature request: Add support for Bedrock Prompt Manangement

Use case

Reusing Prompt management into a BedrockLLMAgent would simplify the agent's declaration. Today, a prompt defined in Prompt management needs to be manually ported to a BedrockLLMAgent.

Solution/User Experience

Passing a Prompt Management Id and version so the BedrockLLMAgent can automatically reuse them.
