[Bug] Metadata API reference links are wrong for Kotlin and (sometimes) Go

Kotlin link template still goes to awslabs and must be updated to https://sdk.amazonaws.com/kotlin/api/latest/index.html

The Go part of this is fixed:

Go links that have hyphens in the client name (like cloudwatch-logs) will have to map to nonhyphenated names because Go API ref has renamed them.
