[Story]: Go: add SNS examples

The user story

As a Go dev, I want to have SNS examples so that I can learn to use SNS with Go.

The current SNS examples for Go are (weirdly) included in the metadata with only links to GitHub and no excerpts, so they are almost worse than having nothing.

I know this is done when:

  • The SNS examples for Go match those of the other languages, with code excerpts published into SOS.
  • Plus tests and README.
