Describe the task Find out why the following tests are failing. 4 - test_delete_bucket_policy (Failed) 10 - test_get_put_bucket_acl (Failed) 14 - test_list_buckets_disabling_dns_cache (Failed) (not implemented on windows) 16 - test_put_bucket_policy (Failed) (fails on windows only)

Acceptance criteria tests fixed, or, if unable to fix, root cause found.
