As a developer, I want a clearly-written agenda for our Scrum meetings so that I can more easily understand and adopt our process.

acceptance criteria

I will know this is done when:

• a short agenda is written for each meeting
• agenda is approved by the team
• agenda is versioned in an easy-to-access place

want to view and modify the fixed agenda for these meetings.
