I confirmed by looking at conflict that the suggested PR change is already present.

This is what's live (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/APIReference/API_KubernetesNetworkConfigRequest.html): "Within one of the following private IP address blocks: 10.0.0.0/8, 172.16.0.0/12, or 192.168.0.0/16."
