The session time limit didn't fixed the issue of unavailable runtime... I still got the same error trying to run GPU session. And this time I cant even have longer sessions (if i can get one)...

• We want to know what After the update mean. Did you update some package by pip / conda ?
• You faced There is no runtime available right now. Please change the compute type or try again later., don't you?
• We want to confirm what does the longer sessions mean. What session did you compare? Because we offer fixed length of session (CPU is 12 hours and GPU is 4hours).

Hi Xor, I know you must be frustrated. It is much easier to get GPU than it was before, but we do have 'peak traffic' periods where it can be hard. We will continue to address this, as the demand for free GPU will always out weigh the supply. Last night it took me 10 mins to get a GPU. In the meantime do your coding and testing in CPU. If you need GPU immediately you can export to SageMaker Notebooks and run it there.

Just wanted to say that I appreciate the response from @MicheleMonclova. It's helpful to know that GPUs are still available, and that it just requires patience. I too was able to get a GPU after some patience and retrying. That's the tradeoff for "free" GPUs, which is actually a huge economic value for my students. Thanks.
