fix: correct response in metrics manager

The SageMaker metrics api's response returns a list of errors(if there were any). This patch fixes the error code parsing.

*Description of changes:

• The API Shape for BatchPutMetrics's response is https://boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documentation/api/latest/reference/services/sagemaker-metrics/client/batch_put_metrics.html. It uses Code rather than Message as the key
