UI issues dealing with 2 monitors

Describe the bug When I move the window(s) to my second monitor, the whole ui layout get funny and I am unable to use the window till I move it back to the first monitor. It happens to the editor main window, and asset processor window and UI Editor that I know of; however, not the Script Canvas window.

Steps to reproduce Move the window to the second monitor.

Expected behavior UI to stay the same
