docs: example policy to allow access to ImageBuilder-built images by default

Description Allow Karpenter to read SSM parameters of AMIs built by AWS ImageBuilder. The permissions are according to the definition of the default AWSServiceRoleForImageBuilder Service Role which allows ImageBuilder to write SSM parameters with this prefix.

How was this change tested? Used the CloudFormation template to deploy the role used by Karpenter in multiple EKS clusters and configured NodeClasses to use the AMI id written by ImageBuilder into that SSM parameter.
