non-ARM Default image for post-install-hook in Helm Chart

Description

Observed Behavior:

Fail to deploy on ARM64 clusters.

Its because bitnami/kubectl image does not support ARM arch.

Expected Behavior:

It just works.

Reproduction Steps (Please include YAML):

Try to deploy to ARM64 node / cluster.

Versions:

• Chart Version: 0.37.1 / 1.0.0
• Kubernetes Version (kubectl version): 1.30.3
