Support for SPARQL* Query Outputs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When using Graph-Notebook with an RDF Triplestore that supports RDF*/SPARQL*, ensure that the output of the query can be displayed in tabular format. Today, a SPARQL* result is not parsed correctly and the %%sparql magic returns an error:

{'error': KeyError('value')}

This was tested using Blazegraph 2.1.5.
