Alphabetize components in release manifest

What would you like to be added:

  • Have components list be sorted alphabetically in the release manifests
    • Just so it's clear, this is an example of a release manifest: https://distro.eks.amazonaws.com/kubernetes-1-23/kubernetes-1-23-eks-3.yaml

Why is this needed:

  • Would make diffing between releases easier and allow us to better confirm everything is fine with the release.
