Resolve how to add weird releases on GitHub

What would you like to be added: The following tags were added out of order and now their releases show up as the latest ones on GitHub releases page. So the releases for these were removed. We want them to be where they're supposed to be order-wise in GitHub

  • 1.20-8
  • 1.19-11
  • 1.18-12
  • 1.21-9
  • 1.21-6

Why is this needed: It's confusing why they're out of order
