Issue to track demand for extended support for Kubernetes versions in EKS Anywhere.

it would be huge differentiator if AWS add support for the same because right now no vendor (Openshift, Rancher) offer long term support for Kubernetes and kubernetes upgrades and API deprecations are such a pain in the enterprise world

We need AWS EKS Anywhere to have long term support, as in our enterprise environment we have to maintain application especially in our closed network environment.
