EKS-A E2E prod “Canary”

What would you like to be added:

• A pipeline should run a small, fast and completely stable subset of e2e tests using the production EKS-A CLI as-released. This should run on a regular cadence (hourly?)
• Set up notifications to a slack channel
• Set up a process to graduate notifications to Sev-3 and eventually Sev-2 notifications, as we see their overall stability and iron out any kinks over time
• Once the tests are completely stable, and with low to no false positive rates, the test notifications should graduate to a Sev-2 alarm

Why is this needed: Ensure existing, released CLI and bundle continue to operate as expected
