[Question] How to automatically configure ALB to enable mTLS by default, and set to "Passthrough"

Hi, may I know if it's possible to automatically configure ALB so that Mutual authentication (mTLS) is enabled by default, and set to "Passthrough"? If yes, how can we achieve this? Thanks!
