pipeline: You have reached your pull rate limit

Hello,

I'm getting that error very often and eventually I'm forced to deploy by hand from my machine rather than using the pipeline.

AWS provides this https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/ecs-pull-container-error-rate-limit which seems a lot of steps. Am I missing anything? any simpler way?

Hello @sebastianovide !

It looks like you're running into Docker's pull rate limit. Please see https://github.com/aws/copilot-cli/issues/1869#issuecomment-765643674 on a previous issue for a workaround. Let me know how it goes.
