Officially support GovCloud

Currently a lot of these features don't work in GovCloud and have unexpected errors. Considering this is an opaque abstraction system, it would be nice to either detect or document these scenarios, as well as target support for GovCloud.

Main incompatibilities:

  • Domains
  • Pipelines (CodeStar)
  • App Runner

Wow, no update on this?

Invoking copilot app init sofia --domain XXXXX is failing with:

✘ get public hosted zone ID for domain XXXXXX: list hosted zone for XXXXXX: InvalidClientTokenId: The security token included in the request is invalid
