Support the new T4g Instances in ENI Trunking.

Which service(s) is this request for? ECS.

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard? Currently I have thousand of ECS Services' running on bridge network mode and I'm planning to move to 'awsvpc' network mode, however, my current environment is greatly cost optimised. Doing this kind of movement right now implies in a significant cost increase, that could be minimised if T4g comes to be supported for ENI Trunking.
