Interactive Shell is too skinny

Describe the bug Interactive shell is only 80 characters wide. Many utilities are unusable.

To reproduce

  • Open AWS toolkit
  • Select ECS service
  • Right click
  • Select container
  • Open Interactive Shell
  • What is this, a shell for ants?

Expected behavior Shell width would be configurable, or match the window

confirmed on ubuntu 22.04, phpstorm 2023.1.1, AWS CLI 1.22.34-1, SAM CLI 1.94.0

It is usable for emergencies, but it would be nice if it respected the full terminal window size

Definitely needs to be fixed - as is, the feature might as well not exist at all as it's pretty much useless to me. Confirmed behaviour also on InteliJ Idea Ultimate.
