Bug: Resources tree auto refreshes while deleting CloudFormation stacks

After upgrade to version 1.48-213, deletion of CloudFormation stacks causes refresh of the resources tree multiple times. It used to stay as is without refresh, now it is very hard to do it due to the constant interruption.
